Six Bricks Australia

Our vision is to ignite a lifelong love for learning in young minds through the power of play. We aim to provide accessible and innovative educational resources that empower educators, caregivers and parents to nurture the holistic growth of children, fostering their physical, social, emotional and cognitive development. With Six Bricks, we envision a world where playful learning is at the heart of every child's educational journey.

Jenny Chate and Sandra Lunn are Six Bricks Australia. As expert educators we are driven by a shared passion for education and a belief in the transformative power of play.

When we first experienced Six Bricks, we quickly saw how six simple LEGO® DUPLO® bricks could be used in powerful ways to support learning.

Six Bricks was created by Care for Education in South Africa as a practical tool to build memory, focus, creativity, and collaboration through play.

We travelled there to complete our training and are now Certified Six Bricks Facilitators, endorsed by Care for Education. Today, we bring this remarkable resource to Australian educators so children can benefit from engaging, meaningful, hands-on learning experiences.

  • “As soon as the first night of the workshop started, my seven-year-old daughter became very curious about what I was doing with the six Duplo bricks, so she joined in and ended up being fully engaged in each activity during both sessions. This showed me what was truly possible with just six bricks! I would strongly recommend the training, especially to early childhood educators, primary  school teachers, school learning support officers and tutors.”
